So I've pretty much let this blog fall by the way side since returning to the states. Not that I meant to, I'd rather like to keep writing, if only for the practice. It's just a bit hard to sit down and pound out a post after all Ive done for the last two weeks is work construction for my dad. Gone are the days of cavorting around Europe or lazily sipping Guinness at the Thirsty Scholar. Ah, how I miss my adoptive home of Ireland. It is good to be back in more familar surroundings, but there are people that I miss, Colleen, Laura and the many others who made last semester so damn entertaining and enjoyable.
But enough whining about living in Kansas, and on to more important things! Such as Boston! Yes, Boston, that's where my dad and I's yearly baseball trip is headed this year. So I get to see the Red Sox play at Fenway, it's be a lie to say I wasn't a bit excited. Not only do I get to see some great baseball, but there's a chance to see my old Irish best friend Colleen! and of course, for her to meet my dad... That meeting only slightly worries me. Ok, time for me to eat something, adios folks.
